Tweet Performance Grader
🧪 Advanced Tweet Performance Grader
Grade your tweet's quality on a scale of 100 based on what the algorithm values most.
About the Advanced Tweet Performance Grader
Stop guessing, start grading. The Tweet Performance Grader is a powerful diagnostic tool that goes beyond simple Engagement Rate. It analyzes your tweet based on what the X (Twitter) algorithm *actually* values and gives you a score out of 100.
This tool finally answers the most important question for creators: "Was my tweet *good*?" A tweet with 1,000 likes might score lower than a tweet with 100 replies and 200 bookmarks. This tool shows you why.
How to Use This Grader
You can only grade tweets that you have posted, as you need access to the private analytics.
- On your tweet, click the small bar chart icon (📊 View post analytics).
- A pop-up will appear. Enter the Impressions.
- Enter the Likes, Replies, and Retweets.
- In the same pop-up, click on "View all engagements" (or similar) to find Profile Clicks and Media/Link Clicks.
- The Bookmarks count is often shown on the tweet's analytics page.
- Click "Grade My Tweet" to get your score and a detailed performance breakdown.
Understanding Your Score: Why All Engagements Are Not Equal
Your total score (out of 100) is broken down into five categories. This mimics how the X algorithm "grades" your content to decide if it should be shown to more people. Here’s how you should interpret your score:
1. Community Score (Replies) - Max 25 Points
This is the most heavily weighted metric. Why? Because replies (comments) create conversations. This keeps users on the platform longer than any other action. The algorithm *loves* this. A post that gets a lot of replies, even if it has fewer likes, is considered a high-quality community post.
2. Value Score (Bookmarks) - Max 25 Points
This is the second most important metric. A bookmark is a "silent compliment" that is 10x more valuable than a like. It means the user found your tweet so valuable (e.g., a tutorial, a great resource, a profound thought) that they saved it to read later. This signals evergreen, high-quality content.
3. Interest Score (Profile Clicks) - Max 20 Points
This metric is crucial. A "Profile Click" means your tweet was so interesting that the user stopped scrolling and thought, "Who *is* this person?" This is a strong indicator that your tweet is attracting potential new followers.
4. Virality Score (Retweets) - Max 15 Points
Retweets are good for spreading your message (virality and reach), but the algorithm considers it a "lower effort" action than a reply. Its main value is getting your post in front of new audiences, but it doesn't signal as much deep engagement as replies or bookmarks.
5. Click & Appreciation Score (Clicks & Likes) - Max 15 Points Total
This is the lowest-scoring category. A "Like" is the most passive, low-effort action a user can take. It's a simple "nod" of appreciation. While good to see, it doesn't drive conversation or signal high value. Media/Link Clicks are similar. They are good, but the algorithm values on-platform discussion more.
How to Use This Score to Earn More Money
This tool is your key to unlocking higher earnings from your Ad Revenue Calculator. Here’s the formula for success:
High-Scoring Tweet → Tells Algorithm to Boost Post → More Impressions → More Verified Views → More Ad Revenue
Use this Grader to analyze your top-performing *and* worst-performing tweets. You will quickly find a pattern. You might discover:
- "My tweets that ask a question get a 80/100 (High Replies)."
- "My tweets with just a meme get a 35/100 (High Likes, but low everything else)."
- "My tutorial threads get a 90/100 (High Bookmarks and Profile Clicks)."
This tool gives you a clear, data-driven path: Stop chasing likes. Start chasing replies and bookmarks. This is the secret to both algorithmic success and higher earnings.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Where do I find all these analytics numbers?
A: You can only grade *your own* tweets. Click the 📊 "View post analytics" icon on your tweet. A pop-up will show "Impressions," "Likes," "Replies," "Retweets," and "Profile Clicks." The "Bookmarks" count is also available on your tweet's analytics page. (Note: "Total Engagements" includes all these, so don't just use that one number).
Q: Why are Likes scored so low? They make me feel good!
A: They are great for validation! But from a data perspective, they are the "laziest" form of engagement. The X algorithm is designed to promote *conversations* and *valuable content*, not just popular content. This tool reflects that reality.
Q: What's the difference between this tool and the "Simple Engagement Rate Calculator"?
A: The Simple ER Calculator gives you one simple percentage (ER) to quickly see if your post is "dead" or "alive." This Tweet Grader is the advanced diagnostic tool that tells you *why* it's dead or alive by scoring the *quality* of those engagements.
